The Maverick Series provides a full range of ATE solutions for manufacturers of cost-sensitive electronic devices such as microcontrollers, specialty logic and flash memory devices. The Maverick Series consists of four products: The PT (Personal Tester) Test System A 64-pin system designed for engineering and compact production applications. This is the ideal solution for engineers to develop test programs and perform device tests and yield analysis on their desktop and then transfer the test program directly to production. The ST Test System With 128 pins, this system offers the lowest cost per-pin in a portable system. The SST Test System Offers 256 pins for production testing of flash, microcontrollers, specialty logic and SOC devices. All of this capability compacted into five square feet of floor space.
